Core responsibilities

This outpatient therapist position involves the direct provision or coordination of assessment and treatment for assigned clients, which includes providing evidence-Based practices for individual, group, family, and/Or couple therapy. Essential duties also cover maintaining timely clinical documentation, assessing and diagnosing psychopathology according to the dsm, and coordinating services with various internal and external providers.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess either a master of social work (Lmsw) license or a licensed professional counselor (Lpc) license, and may need caadc certification or placement on a development plan within 30 days of hire. Previous mental health and/Or substance abuse assessment and treatment experience is preferred, along with strong skills in communication, organization, and specific therapeutic modalities like motivational interviewing and cbt.
