YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL - Summer Only - Teen Program

Youth development professionals are responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating activities within the teen program, ensuring a safe environment and facilitating youth development outcomes through engagement and guidance. This includes establishing rapport, providing mentoring, monitoring progress in leadership, arts, physical activity, and academics, and submitting necessary administrative documentation.

This is a summer-Only, part-Time position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications include certifications in skill-Based activities, cpr, and first aid, along with a valid state driver’s license and the ability to pass pre-Employment background checks and drug tests.
