Enrichment Coordinator

The enrichment coordinator is responsible for planning educational activities for summer camp participants, including developing standard-Based lesson plans for areas like literacy and social-Emotional learning. This role also involves coaching staff on best practices for creating conducive learning environments and managing student support documentation like ieps and isps.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a minimum of two years of teaching experience required; current teaching certification is preferred. Essential qualifications include strong emotional maturity, good judgment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work within a christian environment.
