We’re looking for energetic, caring Childcare Teachers to lead fun, engaging activities for children in our pediatric skilled nursing facility. This is more than childcare, it’s a chance to make a real difference by creating moments of joy, learning, and connection for children with unique needs.
In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, working alongside nursing staff to provide well-rounded, compassionate care. You’ll help children build independence by supporting daily routines while also sparking curiosity through play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate activities.
Our Childcare Teachers bring each day to life, encouraging participation, and creating a safe, positive space where every child can learn, grow, and be happy.

Qualifications
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner.
- Basic personal computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems.
- Childcare and/or Healthcare experience preferred.
- A current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) is required.
- Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required.

• Full-time M-F 8-hour shifts with a Saturday rotation

The Kidz Club PPEC provides daily skilled nursing care for children, ages birth to under 21, who have been diagnosed with medical complexities. PPECs initiate daily conversation among pediatricians, therapists, and family, providing continuity of care through case management, skilled nursing, and enrichment for the betterment of the child.
