Head Start Teacher

The teacher is responsible for the day-To-Day operation and management of the classroom, guiding children's learning experiences by providing a developmentally appropriate environment. This includes preparing and implementing lesson plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the physical and emotional needs of every child are met.

A minimum of an associate’s degree is required, with a commitment to obtain a bachelor's degree within three years, alongside two years of experience in child education or a related field. Candidates must also maintain valid cpr/First aid certification and pass required background checks.
