Summer Camp Instructor

General Summary

Join us at Camp Spark, Firefly’s first-ever summer camp experience. This specialized day camp serves neurodivergent learners in an inclusive and individualized setting. Summer Camp Instructors are responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for campers. Instructors will supervise campers, lead activities, serve as positive role models, and support the social, emotional, and physical well-being of all participants.

• Essential Needs
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check
• Previous experience working with children
• Comfortable managing a small group of children (1 instructor: 5 campers)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and facilitate engagement across a variety of children
• Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Energetic, dependable, and responsible
