Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. This includes developing the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicating with their families.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children, capable of meeting state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience. The role requires the ability to work indoors or outdoors and actively engage in physical activity with the children.
