Home Developer

The home developer is responsible for coordinating and implementing the recruitment of families to become foster parents for the foster care and adoption program and promoting related services to the community. This role also involves ongoing assessment, monitoring, and development of licensed foster parents to ensure compliance and provide necessary support.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrate extensive knowledge of modern methods for specialized training programs, along with working knowledge of training administration and current social/Economic issues. Additional requirements include the ability to drive, meet physical demands, and be at least 21 years old to drive on behalf of the organization.
