Teacher

Teachers act as ambassadors of happiness, creating engaging classroom spaces for young children to learn, play, and grow while implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum® for infants, toddlers, and/Or preschool children. They must also communicate regularly with parents about their children's achievements and support the center's success goals.

A high school diploma/Ged is required, with college early childhood education coursework being highly preferred, alongside at least one year of professional teaching experience. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and possess high-Level customer service skills, while also meeting all state-Specific guidelines.
