Teachers act as ambassadors of happiness, creating engaging classroom spaces for young children to learn, play, and grow while implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum® for infants, toddlers, and/Or preschool children. They must also communicate regularly with parents about their children's achievements and support the center's success goals.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma/Ged is required, with college early childhood education coursework being highly preferred, alongside at least one year of professional teaching experience.
