The Fitness Education Specialist – Burn University is responsible for the facilitation, execution, and continuous improvement of Burn University (Burn U) learning experiences. This role focuses on delivering high-impact educational programs that develop confident, consistent, and capable trainers and leaders across the Burn Boot Camp system. This position prioritizes classroom facilitation, curriculum execution, trainer evaluation, and learner experience, with limited emphasis on system-wide deployments.
***This is an in-person position, based at our Headquarters in Cornelius, North Carolina.
Deployment scope (Secondary)
System deployments and gym openings are limited and secondary to Burn University responsibilities. Travel is primarily education-focused. Travel required 30% – 50%.
