The Registered Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to adolescents and young adults facing severe behavioral needs, implementing Behavior Intervention Plans designed by a BCBA. Candidates must possess an active Registered Behavior Technician certification and have 1 to 2 years of experience in ABA or behavior therapy, preferably working with autism or developmental disabilities. Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS) is hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Complex Behavior Program working with adolescents and young adults (ages 12–28) with severe challenging behaviors.
This role is ideal for experienced RBTs who want to grow clinically, gain experience with complex behavior cases, and work closely with BCBAs in a highly supportive environment.
We are looking for confident, compassionate, and skilled technicians who can remain calm during high-intensity situations and are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.
