Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Complex Behavior Program

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to adolescents and young adults facing severe behavioral needs, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include teaching essential communication, social, and adaptive living skills while safely managing high-Intensity behaviors like aggression and self-Injurious behavior.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician certification and have 1 to 2 years of experience in aba or behavior therapy, preferably working with autism or developmental disabilities. Essential requirements include the ability to remain calm during crises, valid transportation, and the capacity to pass a background check.
