Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to clients with autism in center-Based or home-Based settings, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include meticulous data collection to monitor progress and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

Candidates must possess passion and a desire to work with children, although no direct experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. Adherence to all company policies, including confidentiality and safety standards, is mandatory, and the role requires availability during all-Day hours, monday through friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
