Job Coach/Service Coordinator

The job coach assists participants in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment by providing on-The-Job training and support. They also collaborate with employers and service coordinators to develop individual service plans and ensure workplace inclusion.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with people with disabilities. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to assist with transfers and personal care are required.
