Before School Program Leader

Program leaders will lead an assigned group of students in an in-Person setting, ensuring safety and implementing core behavioral agreements while acting as a positive adult role model. Responsibilities also include providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, physical activity, and assisting with daily logistics like snack preparation and site maintenance.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d., and potentially 48 semester/60 quarter units or pass a pre-Employment test depending on the district. A minimum of six months of experience working with groups of 10 or more students is required, along with passing a live scan background check and providing a recent negative tb test.
