Core responsibilities
Program leaders will lead an assigned group of students in an in-Person setting, acting as a positive role model, coach, and mentor while ensuring adherence to core safety and behavior agreements. Responsibilities include providing academic enrichment, assisting with daily needs like snacks, maintaining site order, and communicating student needs to management.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d., and potentially 48 semester/60 quarter units or pass a pre-Employment test depending on the district. A minimum of six months of experience working with groups of 10 or more students is required, along with passing a live scan background check and providing a negative tb test.
