Floater Teacher

The floater teacher is responsible for creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants while implementing the l.e.a.p. Curriculum® to support early learning and development. This role also involves building strong relationships with families and collaborating with staff to maintain a positive workplace and ensure compliance with state safety standards.

Candidates must have at least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience, with one year preferred, and a high school diploma or ged is required. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in early childhood education and current cpr/First aid certification, alongside a positive and dependable attitude.
