As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you’ll bring the energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement that makes every class an unforgettable experience. You’ll lead safe, high-energy gymnastics classes for athletes of all ages and skill levels—always with a smile and a supportive spirit. With positivity and structure, you’ll help kids develop confidence, coordination, strength, and teamwork, while inspiring them to discover the joy of movement.
16 years old Experience working with children in instructional, athletic, or recreational settings (preferred) Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or another movement-based discipline (preferred) CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Work Schedule & Environment Weekday afternoon/evening and weekend morning shifts available Classes are held in an indoor gym environment with frequent interaction with children and families Must be available for consistent weekly scheduling during the school year Physical Requirements Ability to demonstrate physical skills and actively engage with students Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, and moving equipment Must be able to spot athletes safely and provide physical assistance as needed Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. and work in a physically active, fast-paced environment The company is an equal opportunity employer, drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
