Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collect data on treatment plan goals, and address problem behaviors using positive support techniques. They will also assist with caregiver support and training while adhering to all ethical standards and company policies.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and be at least 18 years old, with a minimum of 6 months of experience or exposure working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Availability for afternoon and evening sessions (3:00 pm to 8:00 pm) is required, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
