Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collecting data on treatment plan goals across various settings including home, school, or clinic. They must also address problem behaviors using positive support techniques and assist with caregiver training as required.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and be at least 18 years old, with a minimum of 6 months of experience or exposure working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Availability for afternoon and evening shifts (3:00 pm to 8:00 pm) is required, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
