Special Education Teacher - Summer ONLY ESY (School Age Students)

The special education teacher is responsible for leading the classroom, ensuring high-Quality, individualized instruction aligned with student ieps, and overseeing classroom staff. This includes implementing iep goals, creating a safe learning environment, and collaborating with therapists and nursing staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in special education and hold a pennsylvania special education teaching certification or eligibility for pde emergency certification. Required competencies include demonstrated knowledge of iep compliance, strong leadership for guiding assistants, and excellent communication skills for family engagement.
