Candidates must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or be actively enrolled in such a program, along with a high school diploma and official transcripts. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and hold certifications for Mandated Reporter Training, First Aid, CPR, and the Heimlich Maneuver.
