Elite teachers will bring the E.L.I.T.E. Core Values to life daily by supporting children through play-based learning and building trusting relationships with families. Responsibilities also include creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful classroom environment and collaborating with the team to prepare children for kindergarten.
The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, dependable, hardworking, positive, encouraging, and patient. They must also be excellent communicators, role models for young children, team players, focused, coachable, and eager to grow.
