Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will work directly with clients, delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions under the supervision of a behavior analyst who develops the treatment plan. Responsibilities include completing necessary training, delivering 1:1 direct aba treatment, supporting parent training, collecting data, and communicating progress to inform treatment plans.

Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably are obtaining or have obtained a bachelor's degree in a related field like psychology or teaching. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
