Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) who develops the treatment plan. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 direct aba treatment, supporting caregiver training, collecting data, and documenting client progress.

Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
