Early College Teacher (SY26-27, High School)

The teacher will push into early college (Ec) courses, providing academic and social support, including running a weekly early college lab to ensure students master college course content. Responsibilities also include collaborating to create an inclusive community, fostering student-Led discourse, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

Candidates must demonstrate an unwavering belief in student success and a commitment to continuous professional growth, along with the ability to build effective working relationships. A bachelor's degree is required, and one to three years of teaching experience is preferred, along with eligibility for massachusetts dese licensure.
