Job Description
Our Summer Camp dates are May 26th to Aug 21st, Monday-Friday. We are looking for coaches that can commit to the summer schedule and build strong relationships with our students and bring a positive and fun attitude each day! We have full days of camp available from 9am-3pm and our after care program from 3pm - 5:30pm. We are looking for our camp coaches to work from 8:30am – 3:05pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday. The pay will be $18/hour. Your Role You will be coaching! Your job will revolve around helping kids develop work ethic, listening skills, confidence, body control, and most importantly, ensuring their safety. You'll be: Leading a group of 10 kids ages 4-12 years old Modeling positive behavior Exploring games and activities (PE style games/crafts/sports and games) Promote teamwork Have fun! Your Qualities Your most important quality is that you've got a constantly positive demeanor and want to share that happiness with your students.

- A few requirements to note: Ability to see and hear clearly 20 yards away. Ability to provide sustained attention to students during class time in the gym. Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb onto a spotting block to assist athletes. Ability to spot a gymnast, including the strength to lift and carry at minimum 50 pounds. Ability to move equipment including the strength to push or pull at minimum 50 pounds. This is a temporary position. Candidates are not eligible for employer sponsored benefits.
