Family Advocate

The family advocate will deliver intensive and comprehensive child development and family support services to eligible community members, including weekly home visits and managing a caseload of ten to twelve families. Responsibilities also involve helping families assess development needs, assisting in goal setting, supporting health and nutrition needs, and making necessary referrals for resources.

Candidates must possess a child development associate (Cda) credential or equivalent coursework, along with a valid pennsylvania driver’s license and specified auto insurance coverage. An associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or human services is preferred, and applicants must be able to obtain required background clearances.
