Camp therapeutic staff-Behavioral health-Temporary

This role involves assisting a therapist in delivering behavioral health services to children within a therapeutic day camp by facilitating and implementing daily programming and scheduled activities. Key duties include monitoring and redirecting children's behavior, facilitating constructive participation, and assisting therapists with documentation and reporting on observations and progress toward treatment goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, along with college credits in education, psychology, social work, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral health, education, or childcare is required, alongside strong leadership, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
