Youth Care Provider (PRN)

The primary role is to provide strength-Based, attachment-Focused supervision to children of all ages while parents attend education groups, utilizing evidence-Based interactions to teach necessary skills and promote healthy development. This position also involves collaboration with the parent groups coordinator and staff to support parent education, support groups, community events, and early childhood trainings.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess some experience working with children in a childcare or similar setting, along with the ability to learn and implement evidence-Based interventions. Essential requirements include flexibility for evening and weekend hours, excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional regulation, patience, and a valid driver's license with a risk-Free driving record.
