Market context
In Michigan, Registered Behavior Technician roles are commonly tied to school-based or clinic-based behavioral support, so employers often look for candidates who can work consistently with children and families. This role is competitive because RBT certification, a related bachelor’s degree, and reliable transportation can all matter, along with the ability to pass a background check.
