1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent and caregiver training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to supervisors and parents.

Requirements summary

Candidates should possess registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, though it is preferred, and ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children, along with a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field being preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
