Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities include implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), collecting data to monitor treatment progress, and supporting the bcba in training families on individualized treatment plans. Technicians must also maintain clear communication and physically keep up with clients during sessions.

Candidates must possess a current/Active rbt certification and access to reliable transportation, along with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, and applicants need a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-Paced environment.
