About the role

The Child Behavior Technician is responsible for providing a safe and effective clinic-based therapeutic and learning environment for children, implementing the Behaven Kids model of care and curriculum. This role also involves professional interaction with children, communicating with parents and peers, and maintaining necessary documentation and records.

Compensation

$16.50 per hour Health, dental and vision insurance (Full-time Employees). 401(k) & 401(k) matching (Full-time employees) Paid time off (Full-time Employees) Career Opportunities Tuition reimbursement

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, structured learning environment. Interact with children in a professional, positive manner. Implements Behaven Kids model of care and curriculum. Implements treatment goals and objectives. Communicates effectively with parents, peers, and supervisor. Updates and maintains documentation and children’s records. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Must be nineteen years of age. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Related field experience of 3 years in a preschool or daycare setting (Preferred). Ability to work in active environment and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to travel to Omaha for training - 1 day. Must be able to work 8:00-6:00 pm

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (Required). An associate’s degree in early childhood education (Preferred).

Requirements
