Behavior Technician, Willing to Train

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with children, especially those with behavioral challenges or developmental delays, and reliable personal transportation.
