Family Specialist

The family specialist implements case management interventions, develops and updates individualized treatment plans, and advocates for children and families by coordinating services with community providers. This role also involves building relationships with foster families, facilitating permanency goals, and engaging with families of origin through education and training.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and agree with the organization's mission, statement of faith, and code of conduct. Required education is either a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus three years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in any field plus five years of relevant experience, along with a valid driver's license.
