Early Intervention BCBA – Life Skills Autism Academy (Center-Based)

The bcba lead will deliver aba therapy within a collaborative in-Center environment, providing daily guidance to behavior technicians to ensure clinical excellence. Responsibilities also include developing individualized, assent-Based behavior plans and engaging parents through scheduled on-Site training sessions.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) passionate about early intervention and evidence-Based care delivery. The role requires maintaining high-Quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-Driven decision-Making.
