Duties and Responsibilities

The SLP works in collaboration with the special education teacher in the formation of daily schedules, testing schedules, and annual meetings. The SLP also supplies the special education teacher with current speech/language student lists so he/she can maintain a master Special Education list. NHA provides specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as, resource room, inclusion and/or pullout services.

Qualifications

Master's Degree required Valid Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) SLP license OR Valid ASHA-CCS, AND SLP Special Services license issued by the CDE Experience working with at-risk students is preferred, where applicable.

$43,680.00 to $48,025.20 will be the pay range and is commensurate with experience, education, and market as defined by NHA. The pay range listed is just one component of NHA's total compensation package.
