Assistant Teacher, Everbrook Academy of Smithtown

Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They must also develop skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children and the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience. A key requirement is the physical ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with the children.
