Collaborate with other educators to integrate reading strategies across different subjects within the logic school curriculum. Assist in school programming, including morning supervision, recess and lunch duty, drop-off and pick-up procedures. Professional Responsibilities Prepare lesson plans for substitute teachers and secure a substitute when needing to be absent (sickness, doctor's appointments, jury duty, etc.). Complete regular report cards and progress reports in alignment with the academic calendar. Participate in parent-teacher conferences twice a year, with meetings scheduled after normal school hours as needed. Maintain updated lesson plans and curriculum maps on the school’s server for consistency and accessibility. Take responsibility for student learning outcomes, providing academic support and reasonable accommodations before, during, or after school when needed
