Clinical Trainer

The clinical trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, scheduling, and delivering training programs for clinical staff to ensure competency standards are met across general procedures and specialties. This includes developing specific training for patient care technicians transitioning to clinical assistants and facilitating required compliance training like clia and osha.

Candidates must possess two years of adult instructional experience, preferably in healthcare, along with three years of experience in applicable patient care and administrative duties. Expert knowledge of medical terminology, equipment, hipaa, and osha regulations is required, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.
