Qualifications Experience leading group exercise is preferred. A minimum of 18 years of age. Knowledge of basic exercise science and fitness class leadership is preferred. Ability to learn and successfully demonstrate aerobic choreography. Verbally provide clear concise directions and visually inspect classroom for safety Maintain current certifications in CPR AED, First Aid, Safety & Risk Management, Child Abuse Prevention, New Employee Orientation and other wellness department and designated Branch training, or the ability to obtain within 60-90 days of employment.
