  • Responsibilities: Lead and supervise groups of children in daily camp activities Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment Plan and facilitate games, crafts, sports, STEM activities, and outdoor activities Serve as a positive role model and mentor Support positive behavior management with patience and consistency Communicate professionally with parents and team members Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with children preferred (camp, babysitting, tutoring, coaching, etc.) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
