As a Physical Therapist, you will provide care to patients in their homes, helping them achieve independence in their environment. You will collaborate with a supportive team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
Candidates must have a current license as a Physical Therapist and a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health. A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and current CPR certification are also required.

Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
