Children's Case Manager

The children's case manager will advocate for and coordinate services for youth with severe emotional disorders. They will maintain a case load, complete school visits, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

A bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences is required, along with one year of relevant experience. Candidates must also be willing to obtain targeted case management certification and pass a background check.
