Youth Tracker - PT B

The youth tracker is responsible for daily contact with youth and ensuring compliance with their service plans. They must also manage behaviors, maintain documentation, and respond to crises as needed.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least three months of experience working with youth and families. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen are also required.
