Teacher Assistant - Classroom Support (Floater)

The teacher assistant provides classroom support across multiple early head start classrooms to ensure consistent delivery of high-Quality early childhood services. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Candidates must hold or be enrolled in a child development associate (Cda) credential program and possess at least 6 semester units in early childhood education or child development. Experience with children aged 0-3 is preferred, along with the ability to meet physical demands such as lifting and active engagement.
