Grad Nurse Residency July 26 Cohort - ED

The graduate nurse is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and transition of care. They will also supervise unlicensed personnel and coordinate patient care while learning telemetry for specific patient populations.

A bsn is preferred, but an associate's degree enrolled in a bachelor's program is acceptable. Candidates must have a current state of connecticut licensure as a registered nurse and must pass the nclex for official hire.
