School Aide/Paraprofessional/ Student Assistant (Soaring Heights School)

This role involves implementing and modeling positive behavior support plans and individual treatment plans, while supporting student development of behavioral and emotional skills in various settings. Responsibilities also include assisting staff with therapeutic needs, implementing aba-Based interventions, collecting and graphing data, and assisting school personnel with environmental arrangements and material preparation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be 18 years of age or older, with a minimum of two years of experience working with children in an educational, hospital, or home setting.
