Weekday Youth Sports Instructor- Gilbert

The youth sports coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to children aged 18 months to 12 years, following the b.e.s.t. Curriculum guidelines. This includes leading classes, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring participant safety at all times.

Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage and engage young children in a group setting, and demonstrate dependability and a team-Oriented attitude. Essential duties involve physically participating in sports activities, setting up equipment, and adhering to all company policies and safety standards.
