Youth Employment Services

The youth employment specialist acts as a direct service provider, fulfilling work based learning referrals by communicating with clients, their supports, and vocational rehabilitation counselors to achieve client goals. This role involves coordinating placements, attending planning meetings, ensuring timely case note submission, and developing business relationships for client work experiences.

Candidates must have a high school diploma (Some college or a degree preferred) and no prior experience is necessary, though experience with individuals with disabilities or in job placement is preferred. Applicants must have open availability, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a level 2 background check.
