School-based Behavior Technician

The role involves working one-On-One with children with special needs to support the development of communication, self-Help, social, and play skills, while implementing behavior plans designed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress through data collection and recording clinical notes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Experience working with children or disabilities is desirable but not required, as training is provided for entry-Level candidates.
